About this project

Crenshaw Lofts is a 195-unit mixed-use development in the Crenshaw Corridor, one of Los Angeles' most active growth and reinvestment corridors. The building pairs modern layouts and contemporary finishes with ground-floor retail, multiple community spaces, and 110 garage parking stalls. Its ground floor is anchored by the SoLa Foundation's second Tech & Entertainment Center powered by Live Nation, offering training in AI and digital media plus a recording studio designed by Grammy winner James Fauntleroy, alongside The Crenshaw Cafe, a nonprofit training cafe.
