High Quality Affordable and Workforce Housing
In 2014, SoLa Impact began our work in the acquisition and rehabilitation of Naturally Occurring Affordable Housing. In 2019, the firm pivoted toward ground-up new construction. During that time, SoLa Impact has raised nearly $500M in equity from individuals and institutions to acquire, build, own, and operate over 2,000 apartment units across Southern California with another 2,000 units in the pipeline.
