About this project

Model Z's first modular building: 66 one-bedroom apartments manufactured in the company's South LA factory and completed in under 12 months, less than half the time of conventional construction. All 70 modules (66 residential plus 4 common area and utility) were set in ten working days, with set times cut from 42 minutes to 16 minutes per module.
