About this project

Firth is a 39-unit community of one-bedroom apartments that showcases SoLa's ability to execute through challenging conditions: construction began at the height of the pandemic, through supply-chain disruptions, labor constraints, and historic material cost escalation, and the team still delivered a quality building. Positioned near major north-south corridors, it gives residents convenient connections to Downtown LA, South Bay employment centers, and surrounding neighborhoods, and sits close to several other SoLa properties.
