6th & Pacific

About this project

6th & Pacific is a fully occupied 48-unit building in the walkable core of San Pedro, providing housing primarily to U.S. veterans who have struggled with homelessness. Working with VA Supportive Housing, HOPICS, Step Up, and Volunteers of America, the project pairs homes with on-site supportive services and case management. Minutes from the LA Waterfront and the Port of Los Angeles, it received special recognition from County Supervisor Janice Hahn and Councilmember Tim McOsker at its grand opening.
