About this project

Whittier & Downey delivered 70 all-electric affordable homes to East Los Angeles in October 2025. The six-story building features contemporary one-bedroom units, a roof deck with panoramic views, a gated parking podium, and 582 square feet of ground-floor commercial space with floor-to-ceiling glass. It sits next to the El Camino Public Library and Salazar Park, with the Metro L Line and the 710 nearby for connections to Downtown and major employment centers.
