About this project

MLK & Halldale is a 50-unit, 100% affordable development close to USC, the Natural History Museum, and the new Lucas Museum of Narrative Art, with BMO Stadium, Exposition Park, and the LA Coliseum all within walking distance. Sustainability runs through the design: all-electric and energy-efficient appliances, low-flow plumbing fixtures, and durable, low-maintenance materials like engineered wood floors. Residents enjoy a backyard garden, a ground-floor recreational area, and more than twenty oversize balconies with views of downtown.
