About this project

116th & Main transformed a former junkyard into an 84-unit affordable housing development in South Los Angeles. The site is minutes from Metro stations serving four rail lines, MLK Community Hospital, and retail along the 105 and 110 corridors, and the fourth-level rooftop deck offers dramatic downtown views. The 42-stall parking garage is equipped with 40 Level 2 EV chargers, funded largely through state and municipal rebate programs, saving EV-driving residents hundreds of dollars a year.
