About this project

Somerset is a 36-unit workforce housing project in Leimert Park built for essential workers such as nurses, teachers, and firefighters, so they can live near their jobs and stay rooted in their neighborhoods. The building offers a 4,900 square foot rooftop deck, secure bike storage, gated parking with EV charging, and controlled access. It sits steps from the Metro K Line, Destination Crenshaw, and the newly built Kaiser Permanente medical offices.
