About this project

In a predominantly single-family neighborhood, 108th & Compton delivered 30 units of 100% deed-restricted affordable housing on a small infill lot, a demonstration of what California's zoning reforms make possible. The building offers a furnished, occupiable roof deck with panoramic city views, and residents have convenient access to Downtown LA and LAX via the Metro A and C Lines. Watts Towers, the Watts Art Center, and the 28-acre Ted Watkins Memorial Park are all within walking distance.
