About this project

117th & Compton is a 100-unit workforce housing community in Willowbrook with a family-friendly mix of one- through four-bedroom homes, including several townhouse-style apartments. Every unit has a private balcony or outdoor space (seven have private roof decks), with in-unit washers and dryers, a large community room, and 60 gated parking spaces on a beautifully landscaped lot. Residents are within walking distance of the Metro station, Charles Drew University, MLK Community Hospital, and Magic Johnson Park.
