About this project

Crenshaw & 52nd is an 84-unit, mixed-use workforce housing development on Crenshaw Boulevard, served by the Metro K Line that links residents to the Inglewood sports and entertainment district ahead of the World Cup, Super Bowl, and Olympics. The five-story building activates the ground floor with retail and a community room, and offers studios through three-bedrooms above a 48-car subterranean garage. Amenities include manicured courtyards, a rooftop deck, in-unit washers and dryers, secured bike storage with e-bikes, EV charging, and high-speed fiber.
