About this project

42nd & Western is a 25-unit, fully affordable community on a prominent stretch of Western Avenue, serving households at 30% to 60% of area median income. The four-story building sits between the dining and small-business corridor of Leimert Park and the museums, stadiums, and green space of Exposition Park, near the Metro E Line at Expo/Vermont. It includes 28 long-term bike storage spaces and offers new-construction quality rare among nearby comparables.
