About this project

MLK & Budlong is a 30-unit, 100% affordable mixed-use development along a major commercial corridor, just steps from Exposition Park, the LA Memorial Coliseum, USC, and the California Science Center. Developed with Transit Oriented Communities incentives, it serves extremely low- and low-income households with efficiently designed one-bedroom units and a small ground-floor retail space that activates the street. Its location puts residents in the middle of South LA's cultural and educational hub with strong transit access.
