About this project

Just a mile from San Pedro's waterfront and historic downtown, 4th & Gaffey is a specialized development of 29 studio and one-bedroom homes built for seniors and veterans. The building offers a community room, a spacious rooftop deck, and on-site supportive services, developed in partnership with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs to identify and house income-qualified veterans with ongoing case management. Groceries, pharmacies, transit, and San Pedro Canyon Park are all close by.
