About this project

43rd & Western is a thoughtfully designed 68-unit community near Exposition Park, with 20% of homes reserved for low- and extremely low-income families. Two spacious rooftop decks totaling over 5,300 square feet anchor the building, alongside an elongated courtyard designed to maximize light and airflow, covered parking with EV stalls, and free e-bikes for residents through the California E-bike Incentive Project. The Los Angeles Business Journal highlighted the project as a key contributor to the South LA Renaissance, alongside the redevelopment of Baldwin Hills Crenshaw Plaza.
