About this project

93rd & Compton is a 100% affordable, 21-unit community of one-bedroom apartments located near several other SoLa developments, creating a strong cluster of affordable housing in the neighborhood. Residents enjoy a private backyard garden of more than 2,000 square feet and are a 15-minute walk from the Watts Towers Metro A Line station. Long-term affordability covenants keep the homes affordable for 55 years.
