About this project

Avalon & 107th is a five-story building in Watts with 69 newly constructed affordable units featuring stainless steel appliances, wood flooring, and a strong emphasis on design and livability. It includes a 3,000 square foot rooftop deck with native, drought-resistant landscaping and a spacious community room that serves as a hub for resident services and events. Completed in August 2025, it is one of the most cost-efficient buildings SoLa has delivered.
