Hoover & 74th is a five-story, 79-unit building in South Los Angeles, completed in just two and a half years from site acquisition to Certificate of Occupancy. Units feature modern interiors and stainless steel appliances, and the building offers a full-glass lobby, a community room, a 5,000 square foot sustainably landscaped rooftop, a ground-floor courtyard, and a secure bike room with 61 stalls. It sits within walking distance of the Metro A Line at Florence Station, local retail along Hoover Street, and neighborhood schools.
