MLK & Buckingham brought 70 units of workforce housing to the Crenshaw District in July 2025. The building features modern one-bedroom units, 35 EV-enabled parking spaces, 64 bike stalls, a tree-lined community terrace, and an occupiable rooftop deck with panoramic views stretching from downtown to the Hollywood sign. It sits a five-minute walk from the Baldwin Hills Crenshaw Plaza and the Michelle and Barack Obama Sports Park, with a commercial unit activating the MLK Boulevard frontage.
